From Bandar Baru Bangi, my family and I headed straight to Johor Bahru. We left our house at 8 o’clock in the morning. I spent my time in the car by reading a novel and it was boring. So we finally reached New York Hotel at Johor Bahru. While waiting for my dad to check-in the hotel, my siblings and I took a picture at the lobby. Just one picture.
In the room, we quickly unpacked our stuff and we went to KSL City Mall to have our supper. We had our supper at Sushi King, a Japanese restaurant. Then we went back to the hotel and slept early as we had to get up early tomorrow.
03/12/12 Monday
I woke up at 6.05 a.m, took my shower and had my breakfast at the hotel.
A bus took us there to take us to Universal Studios Singapore. So here the story begins!
We arrived Universal Studios Singapore at about 11.00 a.m. The first thing that we did was, taking a picture in front of the Universal Studios globe (it a must) haha.
The place was completely jam-packed. Of course lah, because we went on a school holiday.
I was really impressed with the buildings and design because they are very beautiful! I didn’t feel like I was in Singapore once I stepped into the park.
We started our day in Sci-Fi City and our first ride was TRANSFORMERS The Ride: The Ultimate 3D Battle. We had to wait for a long queue. A very long queue. When it came to our turn, we were very happy but still could not imagine how was the ride. I have to say that Transformers The Ride is the best! For those that are going to USS, make sure that your first ride is Transformers The Ride.

"Abah, betul ke abah nak naik roller coaster besar tu?" I asked my dad with a slow voice because I was too scared. "Dah sampai USS ni, naik je lah." My dad answered confidently. When my dad said so, I felt a bit confident to take the ride.
This suspended roller coaster goes up, around and upside down with an intense corkscrew and a cobra roll.
Ok, I still remember that I was in the seventh row. During this ride, I imagined I was on a beach that has a very strong and crazy wind. Haha my imagination was successful, I don’t even feel scared at that time.
I don't understand how do some people scream when they ride a high-speed roller coaster? I have to admit that I did not scream at all during the ride! Maybe I was too scared lol haha.

After that, we went onto Accelerator ride. It was not much fun there because it's slow but it is very suitable for kids like my coward younger brother, Raz Amin.

After that we went to Ancient Egypt. I rode Revenge of the Mummy. I was not expected this ride has a backward motion! Other than that, the passage was totally dark so I prefer to close my eyes until the ride ended.
Sadly, we could not ride Treasure Hunters since it was closed.

Then we continued our way to The Lost World! We really enjoyed the river raft ride at Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure. Before we rode the river raft, we bought raincoats priced 3 Singapore Dollar so that we would not get wet! After all, it was raining so the raincoat is a must for us.
We also rode the Canopy Flyer. I thought Canopy Flyer was a slow ride apparently I was wrong. The speed should be reduced haha.
We were very unlucky. I really wanted to watch the water show at WaterWorld but it was closed because of the bad weather. Not really a bad weather, it was just a drizzle.
So, because of the WaterWorld was closed, we headed straight to Far Far Away. 15 years of living and that was my first time saw a castle with my own eyes. I've fallen in love with the castle and one day, I want to see a real castle y'know what I mean? Haha.
We went to watch Shrek 4-D Adventure. We were very tired of walking suddenly we were given a long speech in a big empty room that has no seats. Ugh. After 15 minutes, we were allowed to enter a theater room. Finally we could sit!
For me, the show was mediocre. But at least I know how 4-D theater works ☺

Donkey LIVE and Magic Potion Spin were closed too. Huh great.
Our next stop is Madagascar: A Crate Adventure. We had a river boat ride with the four heroes of Madagascar, Alex, Marty, Melman and the sexy Gloria. Haha!
The next ride at Madagascar was the King Julien's Beach Party-Go-Round which is basically just an ordinary Merry-Go-Round. Here, you can find your favorite characters in Madagascar. This is not a high-speed ride so don't worry about getting dizzy. My younger brother, Raz Amin was having a really good time on this, of course lah he is a kid and I am having a good time too because the characters were so adorable!

We had played everything in USS and we still got 1 hour 30 minutes to walk around in Universal Studios Singapore because the bus took us at 07.30 p.m. We headed back to Hollywood because my mom wanted to buy something at Universal Studios Store.
So my mum bought a bag while my younger sister bought a t-shirt and I did not buy anything there *smile* hahah.
After that we took a picture with Frankestein. I wanted to take a picture with Marilyn Monroe and Kung Fu Panda but we couldn't as we have to wait so long in a very long queue. Frankestein pun jadi lah.
An unforgettable vacation with my family and we all had so much fun in Universal Studios Singapore.
